Preventive Maintenance Service

On-site maintenance to ensure optimal operation and long-term performance*.

Correct maintenance ensures your equipment gives you constant repeatability and quality, and that wear parts last until the next maintenance visit. With a Preventive Maintenance Service, one of our experience technical service engineers visits your site to perform essential maintenance tasks, from basic cleaning and wear part replacement to calibration.

* Our Preventive Maintenance Service is tailored to the needs of your equipment. The description here is based on a standard maintenance service, which we recommend is performed every 1,500 hours of operation or once a year, whichever comes first.

Remote Diagnostic Connection

A remote diagnostic connection gives you access to fast remote support from a Struers technical service engineer.

The faster an issue is solved, the faster you can resume normal operation. If your equipment is compatible with a remote access solution*, you can lessen downtime having a Struers technical service engineer resolve the issue remotely. To ensure you stay in control, you have full control of who makes the connection and when.

Overhaul Services

A general overhaul of your equipment to improve performance and extend asset lifetime.

Worn or poorly maintained equipment can affect the predictability and quality of your results. We assess and overhaul your equipment to ensure it complies with safety standards, performs to specification and is adequately maintained.

Struers Workshop Repair Service

Inspection and repair of equipment at a local Struers service organization workshop.

If you experience an issue that causes downtime, you need to resolve the issue quickly to ensure your production is not impacted. For more advanced repairs, we can repair your equipment at our local service workshop.

Calibration – Struers Certified

Calibration of hardness testers, including direct or indirect verification of a chosen number of methods.

To ensure your hardness tester meets the required standards, we perform calibration according to Struers’ certification standards. Calibration can be performed to suit your chosen hardness testing method (including load area, e.g. HV 1 and HRC).
